Senior Finance Analyst (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

The Senior Finance Analyst will support Al Tayer Group’s management on all financial matters, ensuring robust control, compliance and accurate reflection of the company’s financial health. This 1‑year contract position involves budgeting, reporting, asset management and tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, present and monitor budgets, forecasts and management accounting reports.
• Consolidate annual accounts, coordinate audits and ensure timely financial close.
• Exercise budgetary, accounting and physical controls over assets, purchases and services.
• Ensure tax compliance and timely filing of returns where applicable.
• Manage inventory control functions, credit limits, collections and debtor ageing.
• Monitor cash flow, bank facilities and foreign‑exchange requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 4–5 years of post‑qualification experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and corporate accounting policies.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP accounting systems.
• Solid understanding of IFRS.
