Senior Finance Executive – Accounts Payable – Real Estate – Contracting

About the role

The Cost Control, Accounts Payable and Reporting Specialist will ensure financial efficiencies through accurate cost booking, timely invoice processing and robust reporting within Al Futtaim Real Estate and Contracting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and book goods receipt notes and costs, coordinating with central finance and adhering to VAT and delegation of authority guidelines.
• Manage the monthly batch payment run, handle exceptional payment requests and minimise out‑of‑cycle payments.
• Maintain vendor advance ageing, GR/IR ageing reports and conduct regular vendor reconciliations to clear long‑outstanding items.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools such as M‑Files, OCR and AI for invoice validation, exception handling and duplicate detection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in accounts payable, cost control or a comparable finance role.
• Proficiency with SAP and workflow automation platforms.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail for managing discrepancies and reporting.
