Senior Finance Lead

About the role

The Senior Finance Lead will head the finance function for a growing manufacturing business in Fujairah. This permanent position offers the chance to shape financial strategy, support decision‑making and drive performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting and cash management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial performance, reporting results to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial efficiency.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Required profile

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Significant experience in finance within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accurate reporting.
