Senior Finance Manager – Cost of Volume Planning (CEMEA)

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will lead Cost of Volume (COV) planning for the CEMEA region within Visa’s Finance Velocity Office. You will own regional forecasting, baseline development, and governance, partnering with FP&A, global COE, and business stakeholders to drive accuracy and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional COV baselines and AI‑driven reforecasting, reviewing discounts, waivers, and validating assumptions.
• Coordinate forecast updates, quality reviews, local overlays and ensure submission readiness across the planning cycle.
• Validate allocations, mappings, hedging logic and data quality to align with global methodologies.
• Deliver monthly close and outlook reporting, providing commentary on performance, risks and baseline changes.
• Manage FX, mix and risk assessments, and oversee cycle governance and exception reviews.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree with fewer years).
• Minimum 7 years in financial planning and analysis, preferably in financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and standardisation in a matrixed environment.
