Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial control, accounting, tax, treasury and regulatory reporting for its crypto exchange. The role ensures accurate reporting, strong controls, timely regulatory submissions and effective banking relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close, prepare IFRS financial statements and management accounts.
• Oversee daily reconciliations across trading platforms, customer ledgers, banks, payment providers and custodians, and maintain controls over journal entries and payments.
• Prepare and submit regulatory financial returns, monitor capital and liquidity requirements, and act as finance lead for regulator enquiries.
• Manage corporate tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax compliance and coordinate with external advisers.
• Maintain banking relationships, cash‑management, treasury forecasting and support contingency planning.
• Lead external audits, manage audit queries and present financial results to senior management.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) with 7–10 years of finance experience.
• Experience in crypto exchange, digital‑asset, fintech or other regulated financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, statutory reporting and regulatory capital monitoring.
