Senior Finance Manager – Reporting & Consolidation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the Group’s financial reporting and consolidation function. The role involves preparing consolidated financial statements, ensuring IFRS compliance, managing statutory audits, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and delivering strategic financial insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Lead group‑wide consolidation across multiple entities, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
• Manage external audit engagements and strengthen internal controls and corporate governance.
• Support the annual budgeting cycle, long‑term planning and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity and working‑capital requirements, and oversee treasury‑related activities.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, audit and finance, preferably in large groups or multinational organisations.
• Big‑4 audit experience is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS (including IFRS 10, 15, 16) and related IAS standards.
• Expertise in multi‑entity consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of internal controls, corporate governance, VAT and corporate tax.
