Senior Finance Officer – Regulatory Services

About the role

Trifecta Advisory Group is seeking a Senior Finance Officer to join its team in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide regulatory finance consultancy and support a portfolio of regulated financial services firms across ADGM, DIFC, VARA and on‑shore jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake regulatory finance functions for a range of regulated entities.
• Prepare budgets, financial projections, and regulatory capital and liquidity monitoring for FSRA and DFSA‑regulated firms.
• Develop and implement finance‑related policies, procedures, systems and controls.
• Prepare and submit finance reports to FSRA and DFSA, including prudential and auditors’ reports.
• Liaise with regulated entities, external auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review financial statements, accounting and treasury reports.
• Deliver finance regulatory compliance training to clients and Trifecta staff.
• Support the CFO with internal accounting, invoicing and treasury processes.
• Complete weekly and monthly timesheets for accurate client charging.

Required profile

• Strong ethical standards and ability to build relationships with clients, regulators and internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask across a diverse client book.
• Good commercial awareness and sound judgment for client outcomes.
• Internationally recognised professional qualification and a degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of financial services experience, including a Finance Officer role with FSRA and/or DFSA exposure.
• Deep understanding of FSRA/DFSA regulatory finance frameworks, financial reporting and accounting standards.
