Senior Finance Specialist – FP&A

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Senior Finance Specialist to join the dnata FP&A team. You will provide financial support to the dnata Travel division, driving strategy, budgeting, and performance monitoring in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget process, consolidating inputs from cost‑centre owners and ensuring alignment with KPIs and long‑term plans.
• Produce monthly cash‑flow forecasts on a rolling three‑year basis, analyse variances and update models for new commitments.
• Generate regular performance reports, exception analyses and subject‑specific insights for senior management.
• Provide financial decision‑support, including NPV, ROI and cost‑benefit analyses for new initiatives and high‑value contracts.
• Assist with financial accounting activities, invoice validation, accruals and reconciliations, supporting internal and statutory audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in an FP&A function.
• Degree (BSc/BA/MBA) and a professional accounting qualification.
• Proven ability to deliver value‑add FP&A support in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate financial insights to diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• PowerBI for data visualisation and storytelling.
• Financial modelling and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Budgeting, variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of NPV, ROI and other investment appraisal techniques.
