Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance & Treasury

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst supports the Senior Finance Manager within a global corporate finance team for a Financial Services Division comprising ten entities. The role works under a structured governance framework and covers corporate finance, treasury operations, and funding requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Build financial models and consolidated projections to support strategic planning, funding execution, and cost optimisation.
• Prepare Direct Cash Flow (DCF) forecasts aligned with annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Analyse balance‑sheet, cash‑flow and funding costs, providing recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
• Evaluate and optimise capital and funding structures to enhance returns and reduce costs.
• Support funding transactions in coordination with the Global Treasury Centre (GTC) and monitor capital adequacy and liquidity.
• Prepare and review bi‑weekly cash‑flow forecasts, monitor debt limits and facility covenants, and maintain real‑time cash visibility.
• Implement asset‑liability strategies in line with ALCO guidelines, assess mismatches, and conduct risk analysis and stress testing.
• Manage accounting procedures related to debt and equity funding, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and prepare internal approvals.
• Perform KYC duties and maintain banking documentation in collaboration with relevant teams.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, banking or financial services.
• Qualified in Finance and/or Accounting; professional certifications such as MBA, ACCA, CA, CIMA or CFA are preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
