Senior Financial Analyst – Emirati (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (Emirati) to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting within our project‑driven organisation based in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budgets, submissions and departmental requirements.
• Prepare forecasts and analyse actuals versus budget and prior periods.
• Monitor OPEX & CAPEX, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis for funding and resource allocation.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Support financial analysis of projects, initiatives and budget utilisation.
• Work closely with Finance, project teams and stakeholders to improve forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls and reporting timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial planning, management reporting or financial analysis.
• Government, infrastructure or project‑based experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
