Senior Fire & Life Safety Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Fire & Life Safety Engineer to join Pearl City Construction’s Dubai office. The role involves delivering fire engineering solutions for a variety of construction projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will work on high‑profile projects across the Middle East and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure best design practice.
• Prepare fee proposals and act as main contact for project stakeholders.
• Conduct fire engineering analysis and develop fire engineering briefs.
• Drive design and technical innovation to meet international standards.
• Independently manage junior engineers across multiple complex projects.
• Provide performance‑based fire safety designs aligned with project objectives.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Fire Engineering (minimum); M.Sc. in a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of post‑qualification experience, with consultancy experience.
• Experience must include at least one year within a consultancy environment.
