Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Presight is looking for a senior forward deployed engineer to bring its AI‑powered analytics platform to strategic customers in the UAE. You will work directly with clients to design, integrate and extend solutions, ensuring successful adoption and delivering production‑ready outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, integration and extension of Presight products within customer environments.
• Own end‑to‑end technical delivery from discovery through production rollout.
• Design and develop extensions, connectors, workflows and reusable components that meet customer requirements.
• Develop APIs, data pipelines and AI‑enabled solutions, including LLM workflows and model integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, data, integrations and infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to shape roadmap and deployment capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in software engineering, forward‑deployed or solution engineering roles delivering enterprise software.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, ambiguous, customer‑facing environments.
