Senior Front-End Developer – React & Vue.js

About the role

DCX Transform is seeking a Senior Front‑End Developer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑grade web applications. The role focuses on building responsive, secure, and high‑performance interfaces for correspondence management workflows, dashboards, and data‑driven services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain front‑end components using React, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Translate UI/UX designs and Figma prototypes into production‑ready, responsive interfaces supporting both Arabic RTL and English LTR layouts.
• Implement business requirements such as approval journeys, search, filtering, tables, and complex dashboards.
• Integrate front‑end applications with REST APIs, authentication services, and third‑party tools.
• Optimize performance for large data sets and ensure cross‑browser compatibility, accessibility, and quality standards.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain clean code practices, and document technical solutions.
• Support release planning, UAT, production fixes, and post‑release validation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional front‑end development experience, preferably on enterprise platforms.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (Arabic‑only role).
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
