Senior Fulfilment Associate

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Fulfilment Associate to own visa processing and customer operations for Atlys in Dubai. You’ll manage applications end to end, guide customers through documentation and profile creation, resolve operational issues in real time, and provide on‑ground support when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Own visa applications end to end across UAE operations, from documentation and profile creation through submission and final outcome.
• Guide and support customers throughout the process by explaining requirements, resolving questions and providing on‑ground assistance when needed.
• Ensure every application is accurate and compliant by reviewing documentation closely, identifying issues early and resolving them proactively.
• Help expand our UAE offering by identifying and evaluating opportunities to unlock new visa destinations and improve coverage for customers.
• Improve fulfilment and customer experience by tracking applications closely, collaborating across teams and identifying ways to make operations faster, more reliable and seamless.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in visa operations, travel operations, customer support or another execution‑heavy operational role.
• Exceptionally detail‑oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple applications without losing accuracy.
• Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Thinks quickly, takes ownership and can resolve operational problems independently when things do not go to plan.
• Comfortable with digital tools, learns new systems quickly and enjoys working in a hands‑on, customer‑facing environment.
