Senior Full-Stack Developer – Project Ownership

About the role

Codify Innovations is looking for an experienced senior full‑stack developer to join its Dubai core team. You will work directly with the founder, own technical delivery from planning to post‑launch, and help shape the development practices of a growing consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into technical plans, estimates and production‑ready code.
• Develop and maintain front‑end applications (React, Next.js, Tailwind) and back‑end services (Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL).
• Integrate REST APIs, webhooks, authentication and permission systems.
• Own the full delivery cycle: testing, deployment (Vercel, Supabase), and post‑launch support.
• Identify unclear requirements, technical risks and scope changes early, and communicate progress to clients.
• Mentor junior developers and review code as the team expands.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with proven independent project delivery.
• At least two production projects you can detail, highlighting your personal contributions.
• Strong ability to estimate work, troubleshoot issues and communicate trade‑offs.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, Prisma.
• Git/GitHub, REST APIs, webhooks, authentication & permission handling.
• Preferred: React Native/Expo, Android/iOS release experience, Vercel, Supabase, data migration workflows.
• Additional advantage: WordPress/WooCommerce, PHP, Zoho APIs, Deluge scripting.
