Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain web and mobile applications for high‑impact projects. The role is based onsite in Abu Dhabi and offers full ownership of end‑to‑end engineering processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Django, React and related frameworks.
• Own deployment, monitoring, and support of production systems on Azure.
• Review and take over code from external development partners, ensuring quality and ongoing maintenance.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to automate testing, releases and rollbacks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and stakeholders to deliver high‑impact user experiences on web and mobile.
• Develop and release mobile applications with React Native for iOS and Android.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong full‑stack development background.
• Proven ability to work independently in small, lean teams with limited DevOps and QA support.
• Experience taking ownership of applications built by external partners, including maintenance and technical handover.
