Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Inception42, a G42 company, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and enhance the front-end and back-end components of its AI platform. The role is central to building and maintaining a highly integrated and scalable software ecosystem, and calls for deep experience across software systems, frontend, backend, databases, interfaces and protocols, including legacy ones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop web applications and APIs that interact with AI services.
• Implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
• Collaborate with data science and backend teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain code quality and take part in code reviews.
• Design, develop and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and possibly other protocols using Python with Flask or FastAPI.
• Ensure that security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability and reliability are considered in architectural decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• A builder who can go from design to implementation, testing and operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, an ownership mindset and comfort working across teams.

Required skills

• JavaScript frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.
• Backend technologies: Python, Node.js, Java.
• RESTful APIs, GraphQL and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
