Senior Geotechnical Engineer

About the role

The Senior Geotechnical Engineer will lead the development of geotechnical design solutions for tenders and ongoing projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare techno‑commercial inputs and support geotechnical design for tenders aligned with client specifications.
• Perform and coordinate design activities, including slope stability, settlement, and foundation analyses.
• Interpret investigation data, prepare design recommendations and technical reports under guidance.
• Review work of junior engineers and provide technical comments on internal or external design documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and communicate geotechnical risks and mitigation measures.
• Support research and development of design tools, methodologies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering and design experience in dredging, land reclamation, ports, coastal protection, offshore or marine infrastructure projects.
