Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager – Fragrance

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager to lead the fragrance portfolio. The role will shape 360° launch campaigns, translate olfactive storytelling into consumer narratives, and drive commercial growth across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing strategies for new and core fragrance launches.
• Create positioning, messaging hierarchies, and campaign architectures that build brand equity.
• Produce launch toolkits covering visual identity, paid media, e‑commerce, retail, PR, influencer and sampling assets.
• Design experiential activations, gifting moments and social‑first storytelling to elevate fragrance discovery.
• Collaborate with Creative, Commercial, Digital, PR, Social and Regional teams to ensure seamless premium consumer experiences.
• Build annual launch calendars, analyze market trends and monitor campaign performance to optimise future investments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience launching fragrance brands in prestige beauty or luxury fragrance.
• Proven ability to lead global fragrance launches from concept through commercialization.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of fragrance storytelling, olfactive positioning and consumer behavior.
• Experience creating integrated 360° campaigns across digital, retail, PR, influencer, social and experiential channels.
