Senior Global Events Manager

About the role

The Senior Global Events Manager will define, lead and elevate Huda Beauty’s global events strategy, creating immersive, culturally resonant brand experiences that drive awareness, desirability and commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a comprehensive global events strategy aligned with brand positioning and commercial priorities.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of global and regional events, from concepting and creative design through execution and post‑event evaluation.
• Manage external partners, production agencies, technical vendors and talent partners to ensure flawless delivery.
• Define event‑specific KPIs, provide data‑driven insights and prepare detailed post‑event reports for senior leadership.
• Own and manage the global events budget, ensuring strategic investment and cost‑efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Events, Experiential Marketing, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience leading global‑scale events for premium beauty, luxury, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong strategic vision, cultural awareness and ability to adapt events for diverse regions.
• Excellent communication, leadership presence and ability to mentor a global events team.
