Senior Global Marketing Director

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Director to shape and execute its worldwide brand presence, from major product launches to culturally resonant campaigns. You will lead a high‑performing global team and partner with Creative, Social, PR, Influencer, Media, E‑commerce and Retail functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the global marketing strategy and annual calendar.
• Lead 360° product launches and campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Translate brand strategy into consumer propositions, storytelling and activation plans.
• Ensure marketing plans balance brand equity, cultural impact and commercial conversion.
• Use insights to identify growth opportunities and improve launch excellence.
• Own performance reviews, KPIs and post‑launch learnings.
• Build stronger processes, prioritisation and ways of working across the organisation.

Required profile

• Significant senior marketing experience in beauty, fashion, luxury or culturally relevant brands.
• Proven track record leading global brand strategy and large‑scale product launches.
• Deep understanding of modern marketing across brand, social, creators, PR, media, retail and e‑commerce.
• Strong commercial mindset linking marketing activity to consumer behaviour and business performance.
• Highly culturally aware with knowledge of beauty, pop culture and emerging trends.
