Senior Governance & Third Party Risk Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Governance & TPRM Manager to drive critical governance change and efficiency gains by establishing policy and document governance, consolidating policies and Delegations of Authority, and defining a structured third‑party risk management framework. Our client based in Dubai is one of the largest semi‑governmental conglomerates in the region. This position is a contract role with a duration of three months.

Key responsibilities

• Define a policy and document governance framework.
• Merge and simplify policies and Delegations of Authority.
• Define a third‑party risk management framework.
• Drive successful project delivery.
• Update and approve the policy governance framework.
• Update and approve the Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework.
• Simplify, update and approve the policy portfolio, including all documents.
• Simplify, update and approve the Delegation of Authority (DoA) document.
• Simplify approval workflows.

Required profile

• Strong risk and process understanding.
• Ability to define problem statements and drive progress.
• Proven experience balancing risks, controls and efficiencies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and planning skills.
