Senior Graphic Design Executive – Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive in Graphic Design to bring our brands, destinations and experiences to life through compelling visual storytelling. You will create high‑quality, brand‑led design solutions across digital platforms, print, campaigns, events and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging marketing and promotional materials for digital channels, social media, print, out‑of‑home advertising, presentations, event branding and merchandise.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals that capture attention while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Produce bilingual English‑Arabic assets, ensuring proper Arabic typography and layout adaptation.
• Support corporate, entertainment and destination events with branding, signage, environmental graphics and experiential assets.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork and coordinate deliverables with external vendors.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools for concept development, image generation and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, tourism, retail or a creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, digital and print design expertise.
• Fluent English; professional Arabic reading and writing is highly preferred.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite).
• PowerPoint presentation design.
• AI‑driven creative tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or equivalents.
• Arabic typography and layout adaptation.
