Senior Graphic Design Executive – Marketing

About the role

Join Dubai Holding Entertainment as a Senior Executive, Graphic Designer, creating compelling visual storytelling for a portfolio of iconic destinations and experiences. You will deliver high‑quality, brand‑led design solutions across digital, print, campaigns, events and internal communications while leveraging both traditional expertise and emerging AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging marketing and promotional materials for digital channels, social media, print, out‑of‑home advertising, presentations, event branding and merchandise.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals that align with brand guidelines while producing bilingual English‑Arabic assets.
• Support corporate, entertainment and destination events by creating branding, signage, environmental graphics and experiential assets.
• Maintain a consistent and high‑quality brand presence across all Dubai Holding Entertainment destinations and business units.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, communications, human‑capital teams and external agencies, and coordinate production‑ready artwork with vendors.
• Apply AI‑powered tools for concept development, image generation, content adaptation and streamline design workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, tourism or a creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign development, digital and print design.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
• Fluent English; professional Arabic reading and writing is highly preferred.
