Senior Graphic Designer – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Al-Bahar is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who is a native Arabic speaker to lead the creation of visually compelling, culturally relevant design solutions. You will strengthen the brand’s identity across digital, print, and multimedia platforms while ensuring all work resonates with GCC audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop impactful visual concepts and produce high‑quality assets for digital, print, video, packaging and more.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand identity, visual standards and corporate guidelines.
• Translate marketing and business requirements into engaging, culturally appropriate creative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, communications and digital teams to deliver cohesive, on‑brand outputs.
• Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, quality and consistency before final production.
• Stay updated on regional design trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong professional proficiency in English.
• 6–8 years of proven graphic design experience with a robust multi‑format portfolio.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines and corporate environments.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Motion/animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Basic video editing software.
