Senior Graphic Designer – CRM & Customer Communications

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer – CRM & Customer Communications will join a fast‑paced Marketing team, reporting to the Brand Manager and working closely with the CRM Manager. You will create visually engaging, on‑brand communications for Email, WhatsApp and other channels, driving customer engagement throughout the journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative development and execution of all CRM communications across Email and WhatsApp, including brand and promotional campaigns.
• Translate campaign briefs into high‑quality, consistent creative that aligns with brand guidelines and commercial goals.
• Own the end‑to‑end design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Develop and maintain scalable design templates, components and best practices for CRM channels.
• Optimize creative based on performance data, customer insights and A/B testing.
• Stay current with CRM design trends, digital best practices and emerging creative tools.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing CRM and marketing communications.
• Proven track record designing high‑performing email/WhatsApp campaigns and promotional assets.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional, commercially driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Designing for CRM platforms (e.g., XtremePush, Brevo).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, with UX/UI experience.
• Responsive email design, HTML email structure knowledge.
• Motion graphics, animation, photography and video editing.
