Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer based in Dubai who loves turning ideas into visual stories. You’ll work as part of a creative team, designing smart, impactful materials across digital and print, brand campaigns, client presentations and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver creative materials for digital and print, including campaigns, presentations, brochures, infographics and social media assets.
• Work closely with teams to translate ideas into clear, compelling designs.
• Develop and refine visual concepts that reflect client brand identities.
• Maintain high standards of layout, typography and visual storytelling across all work.
• Support the development of design templates and toolkits to ensure consistent output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Stay curious about new design trends, techniques and tools.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as a designer, preferably in an agency or creative studio.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience designing across digital and print, from concept to delivery.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
• An eye for composition, typography and layout with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and apply them creatively.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with confidence to present ideas.
• A proactive, collaborative and curious mindset.
• Familiarity with After Effects or motion‑graphics tools is a plus.
