Senior Graphic Designer - Real Estate Marketing

About the role

A real estate company is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead its design efforts and act as the visual storyteller behind its brand. The designer creates sophisticated graphics for digital and print materials, from property brochures and factsheets to social media posts, email campaigns, website design and outdoor advertising, in line with the brand's image and marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for digital and print materials such as property brochures, factsheets, payment plans, social media posts, email campaigns, website design and outdoor.
• Ensure all designs match the brand's sophisticated image and showcase the features and amenities of the properties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts and generate ideas that fit the target audience.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brands across all platforms.
• Work with copywriters, marketers, photographers and others to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and improve your own skills.
• Manage several design projects at once while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications are a plus.
• At least 7 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in property development or real estate.
• Proven experience in graphic design within top real estate companies in Dubai.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its visual marketing trends is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
• Strong creative vision, storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with others.
