Senior Graphic Designer – Remote

About the role

The M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment team is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to work remotely on the Marjan account. You will collaborate closely with the Social Media Director, Senior Social Media Manager and broader creative teams to shape visual output for Marjan’s portfolio of brands and destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality, social‑first design assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms, including carousels, stories, static posts and adapted formats.
• Translate brand guidelines into engaging, platform‑relevant creative while maintaining distinct visual identities for multiple Marjan brands.
• Partner with social and creative teams to turn ideas into strong visual executions and adapt global campaign assets for local and social use.
• Support fast‑turnaround reactive content for cultural moments and collaborate with motion and video editors to ensure consistency across static and moving content.
• Manage multiple design requests, meet tight deadlines, review junior work and contribute to presentations, pitch materials and campaign development.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, lifestyle, hospitality, destination or social‑first environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and social work, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly across multiple brands and formats.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Motion design or basic animation skills.
