Senior Growth Marketer

About the role

You will find and scale the acquisition channels that take Qureos to the next ten thousand users. The role sits at the heart of a two‑sided marketplace, driving both company hiring needs and talent acquisition. You will work directly with founders and cross‑functional teams to turn data‑driven experiments into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, test, and scale new paid and organic acquisition channels such as media, affiliates, marketplaces, communities, search, content, email, lifecycle and referral.
• Run an experiment engine: formulate hypotheses, allocate budgets, time‑box tests, and decide which channels to scale or stop based on results.
• Analyse conversion funnels, pinpoint stalls, and collaborate with product and engineering to optimise the user journey.
• Make rapid decisions that directly influence product features and marketing tactics, with results reflected in the same week.

Required profile

• Proven track record of taking an acquisition channel from zero to scale in a product‑led or marketplace environment.
• Hands‑on experience building and managing ad accounts, analytics dashboards, and landing pages.
• Ability to design rigorous tests, draw conclusions quickly, and act on data even when it contradicts prior assumptions.
• Self‑starter who can work without a large supporting team and focuses on results over activity.
