Senior Growth Marketer

About the role

As a Senior Growth Marketer you will own the discovery and scaling of acquisition channels that move hiring from months to days. You will work with AI‑driven sourcing agents and a fast‑moving growth team to turn traffic into qualified hiring pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, test, and scale new paid and organic acquisition channels such as media, affiliates, marketplaces, communities, search, content, email, lifecycle and referral.
• Build and maintain an experiment engine with hypotheses, budgets, time‑boxes and clear success criteria.
• Analyse funnel data to locate drop‑off points and collaborate with product and engineering to optimise the candidate journey.
• Make data‑driven decisions quickly, presenting findings to founders and cross‑functional teams.
• Document learnings to prevent repeat testing and ensure knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven track record of taking an acquisition channel from zero to scale in a product‑led, self‑serve or two‑sided marketplace environment.
• Hands‑on experience building ad campaigns, analytics dashboards and landing pages without relying on a large team.
• Ability to design rigorous tests, interpret results independently and pivot when data contradicts assumptions.
• Comfort working directly with founders and senior leaders, influencing decisions within a week.
