Senior Growth Product Manager – User Activation

About the role

Bybit is seeking a senior product leader to own and grow its active user base. You will design and launch activation strategies that move users from sign‑up to regular trading, leveraging data‑driven experimentation and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Own exchange active user metrics (MAU, cumulative transactors) and define growth strategies.
• Plan and execute consumer‑facing growth features such as task systems, check‑ins, rewards stores and trading incentives.
• Design and run user campaigns (trading competitions, airdrops, seasonal events) from concept to launch.
• Optimize activation conversion and retention curves through funnel analysis, segmentation and A/B testing.
• Coordinate design, engineering, data and compliance teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to surface actionable growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years in internet product or growth roles, with at least 2 years on a crypto exchange or Web3 platform.
• Proven ownership of activation/retention metrics with measurable growth results.
• Experience building large‑scale campaigns and gamified consumer features.
• Familiarity with regulated platforms, KYC tiering and compliance constraints.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication and ability to work across multiple time zones.
