Senior Hairstylist (Aveda Salon)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Hairstylist to join the Aveda Salon, part of Al Tayer Insignia in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering premium hair care services, personalized consultations and maintaining the brand’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients to identify their needs and recommend suitable styles, treatments and Aveda products.
• Perform cutting, trimming, styling, colour applications, highlights and artistic colourations.
• Execute permanent straightening or wave procedures using specialised products.
• Maintain client records of colour shades, treatments and preferences.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends and product knowledge.
• Ensure salon hygiene, personal grooming standards and coordinate appointments with reception.
• Guide and supervise junior assistants to uphold salon standards.

Required profile

• High school qualification with a formal hair‑dressing certification (City & Guilds Level 2).
• 3‑4 years of hair‑cutting experience in a reputable salon.
• Passion for hair styling, strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant appearance.
