Senior HCM Specialist – Oracle Cloud

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HCM Specialist to configure, maintain and optimise Oracle HCM Cloud modules for our HR operations. You will work closely with HR teams to translate business needs into system solutions while ensuring data security and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting Cloud, Learning Cloud, Compensation Management, Absence Management and optional OTL modules.
• Design and implement approval workflows, security roles and user access controls.
• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into functional configurations.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide day‑to‑day support for HCM modules.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, training sessions and documentation for end‑users.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and apply relevant new features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (excluding Payroll).
• Oracle HCM certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
