Senior Head - Credit Distribution

About the role

Join ADCB’s Corporate & Investment Banking Group as the Senior Head of Credit Distribution, leading strategy, origination and risk‑managed delivery of credit solutions across the UAE and MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the bank’s Credit Distribution strategy to maximise profitability while managing risk.
• Lead origination, pricing, structuring and sale of credit products, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and SOPs.
• Oversee market intelligence, due‑diligence and hedging strategies for prospective and live trades.
• Manage and develop teams, including performance, recruitment, learning and engagement.
• Drive change initiatives and ensure compliance with policies, processes and regulatory standards.
• Maintain high‑level customer service standards in all internal and external interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in FI sales, structured derivatives and credit solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
