Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will act as a hands‑on, operational partner to senior leadership of an iconic luxury beauty Maison in Dubai. You will translate business objectives into people strategies, drive organizational design, and ensure high‑performing teams across the LVMH ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning workforce planning, talent management and succession within a complex matrix.
• Lead organizational design initiatives, evaluate structures, and implement job redesigns to future‑proof the workforce.
• Partner with the Talent Experience team to identify talent gaps, design recruitment strategies and deliver development programmes.
• Champion an inclusive, high‑engagement culture, handling employee relations, grievances and disciplinary actions with empathy.
• Own the end‑to‑end performance management cycle, ensuring transparent feedback and individualized development plans.
• Manage brand‑level people costs and the full HR budget with financial rigor.
• Leverage HR metrics, workforce analytics and dashboards to track KPIs and support data‑driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and collaborate on DEI initiatives across the group.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in senior HR business partner or equivalent roles.
• Proven ability to operate in a complex, matrixed environment and influence senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, workforce planning and organizational design.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of UAE labour regulations is essential.
