Senior HR Operations Specialist – GCC Cluster (Dubai)

About the role

Join EY's Talent Team as a Senior Associate HR Operations Specialist supporting the GCC (excluding KSA) cluster. You will work across the region to deliver exceptional HR services throughout the employee lifecycle and partner with Service Line stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide insights and support to Talent Consultants and Talent Development via the HR Ops Lead.
• Collaborate with HR Enablement and Performance Improvement leads to drive efficiencies.
• Act as escalation point for Managed Services and manage HR matters, including involuntary separations, performance dismissals, and legal implications.
• Govern disciplinary, PIP and grievance investigations using the ERCMS tool and ensure compliance with EY policies and local regulations.
• Deliver induction and onboarding programs for new joiners.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of HR operations experience in a professional services or complex organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Experience working in the MENA region and with shared services.
• Strong project management and stakeholder influencing skills.
