About the role
The Senior HSE Engineer will lead health, safety and environment activities on site, ensuring compliance with HSE management systems, ISO standards and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and participate in HSE engineering activities, including audits, inspections and behavioural safety audits.
- Implement site/project HSE plans, fire, safety and emergency procedures, and maintain safety equipment.
- Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and develop trend reports.
- Lead emergency response drills and act as an advisor for the emergency response team.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a senior HSE professional, capable of motivating and developing junior colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of HSEMS, EMS, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses and behavioural safety audits.
