Senior HVAC Engineer

About the role

The role focuses on operation and maintenance of chilled water systems and associated HVAC assets across the facility, ensuring reliability, safety and efficiency. The engineer will lead inspections, preventive and corrective work, and prepare technical reports.

Key responsibilities

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of chillers, chilled water system, AHUs, FCUs, package units, pumps, DX units and ventilation system.
• First‑level maintenance, installation, repair and modification of facility equipment.
• Preparation of technical, incident, summer and winter readiness reports.
• Supervision of a team of supervisors and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with client quality, health, safety and environment policies and proper use of PPE.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and operations.
• Proficiency in English and strong coordination, numerical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and ability to follow SOPs.
