Senior Interface Engineer - Offshore

About the role

Penspen is urgently hiring a Senior Interface Engineer for an offshore project in Abu Dhabi. The role manages technical and operational interfaces between offshore construction teams, contractors, engineering disciplines, vendors and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, construction, commissioning and operations.
• Identify, track and resolve interface issues at the offshore site.
• Maintain interface registers, action logs and progress reports.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with contractors and project teams.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, schedules and HSE requirements.
• Escalate interface risks and support timely technical decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction, including at least 5 years in a lead role.
• At least 5 years of offshore experience is mandatory.
• Experience on international standards PMC and EPC offshore projects is preferred.
• Previous experience in ADNOC projects in a similar role is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems.
• Familiarity with international standards.
