Senior Interior Designer – Luxury Projects

About the role

Imtiaz Developments is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury interior projects in Dubai. The role involves taking concepts through to construction completion while maintaining high‑end design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept development through construction completion.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and detailed design solutions for residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed‑use developments.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure design quality, timelines and project requirements.
• Review materials, finishes, drawings and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements.
• Support project delivery while upholding luxury design standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design or interior architecture, with a strong portfolio of luxury residential, hospitality, commercial or mixed‑use projects.
• Experience working with property developers, real‑estate companies or high‑end interior design firms in the UAE/GCC.
• Professional memberships (e.g., IIDA, CSD, RIBA) and sustainable design certifications are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Autodesk Certified Professional certification.
• LEED AP and/or WELL AP certification.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design practices.
