Senior Investment Consultant – Riyadh or Dubai

About the role

Mercer Wealth is seeking a Senior Investment Consultant to join its fast‑growing team in the Middle East. You will work directly with institutional clients, delivering high‑impact investment advice and designing tailored strategic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants and analysts to provide ongoing investment advice to a diverse portfolio of institutional clients.
• Design and analyse strategic investment solutions, including complex asset‑liability models.
• Lead manager research and selection across public and private asset classes.
• Prepare client reports, investment policy statements, and other governance documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance, evaluate manager effectiveness, and support portfolio structuring.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant investment experience, preferably in institutional consulting or asset management.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Proven confidence presenting to clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
