Senior IT Engineer – Executive Support

About the role

As a Senior IT Engineer you will provide white‑glove technology support to C‑level executives and their assistants, ensuring seamless connectivity, security and productivity across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all executive IT matters, delivering proactive and rapid issue resolution.
• Manage the full lifecycle of executive devices – laptops, mobiles, tablets and peripherals – including setup, health checks and replacements.
• Prepare executives for travel and remote work, ensuring secure access and uninterrupted collaboration.
• Support high‑visibility meetings and boardrooms with video‑conferencing technology and on‑site assistance.
• Coach Service Desk engineers and act as senior escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 issues.

Required profile

• 7+ years in end‑user support or IT operations, with at least 3 years supporting C‑level or VIP users.
• Strong executive presence, high discretion and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical leaders.
• Proven ability to work independently under pressure and manage competing executive demands.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Entra ID.
• Intune device management for Windows, iOS, Android and macOS.
• Meeting‑room and video‑conferencing tools: Teams, Zoom, Barco ClickShare, Yealink, MAXHUB.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification (preferred) and relevant Microsoft 365 certifications.
