About the role
Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is seeking a Senior IT Officer to provide high‑level technical support for both back‑of‑house operations and guest‑facing areas across the resort. The role ensures seamless IT services in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incidents and service requests received via multiple channels for hotel staff and guests.
- Provide on‑site support for hotel rooms, lobby, beach areas, meeting rooms and ballrooms.
- Document case details accurately to facilitate knowledge sharing and reporting.
- Develop and implement work‑arounds and solutions to restore services quickly.
- Escalate unresolved cases to appropriate teams and follow up until closure.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years (24 months) of experience in IT support within a hospitality or similar environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and guests.
