Senior IT Officer – UAE National

About the role

The Senior IT Officer will provide first‑line technical support and ensure the health and availability of the IT network infrastructure at the site. This role is focused on delivering reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for users.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and other peripherals.
• Manage Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP services.
• Monitor system and network performance, perform preventive maintenance and health checks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assets, troubleshooting steps and procedures.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher‑level support and coordinate with vendors.
• Configure and manage backup solutions, including Synology backup systems.
• Design and improve IT service delivery processes in line with SLA requirements.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant IT experience.
• Strong troubleshooting aptitude and attention to detail.
