Senior KOL Relations Specialist

About the role

Binance is seeking an experienced Senior KOL Relations Specialist to lead influencer partnerships, coordinate high‑impact events, and manage communications in the fast‑moving crypto industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with high‑impact KOLs aligned with brand values and business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end KOL event planning and execution, including brand activations, networking events, and partnership meetings.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Binance and KOLs, ensuring timely, professional, and relationship‑driven communication.
• Manage crisis communications involving KOLs, acting as a calm and strategic point of contact during sensitive situations.
• Develop and deliver structured reporting on KOL performance, campaign impact, and public sentiment trends.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Growth, Compliance) to align KOL strategies with broader PR and business goals.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events, media engagements, and KOL‑facing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in KOL/influencer relations, PR, or partnerships, preferably within tech, fintech, or consumer brands.
• Proven track record of independently managing KOL portfolios from sourcing to activation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with confidence in engaging high‑profile individuals.
• Polished, presentable, and comfortable representing the brand at external events and on‑camera engagements.
• Strong crisis management instincts and ability to navigate sensitive situations with composure.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑autonomy environment.
• Interest or knowledge of crypto/blockchain is a plus.
