Senior L2 IT Support Engineer – Immediate Joiner (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level L2 IT Support Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi on an immediate basis. The role involves providing on‑site technical assistance to end‑users at client locations, ensuring smooth operation of Windows environments, servers, networking, and related applications.

Key responsibilities

• Visit client sites to resolve tickets and provide end‑user support.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Autodesk, AutoCAD and other architecture software.
• Maintain and support Microsoft Windows 10/11 desktops and Windows Server 2012‑2022, including RAID, clustering and migrations.
• Handle iOS and macOS troubleshooting, as well as MS Office and Outlook issues.
• Manage Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, Intune and related cloud services.
• Configure and support LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi APs, printers, and backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Cloud Backup).
• Administer Active Directory, GPO, DHCP/DNS, and Hyper‑V virtualization.
• Implement and maintain firewall policies on FortiGate, SonicWall and Sophos, including IPsec and SSL VPNs.
• Support video‑conferencing systems and CCTV/NVR/DVR configurations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Strong English communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Immediate availability to join.
