Senior L2 IT Support Engineer (Immediate Joiners)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior L2 IT Support Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing on‑site technical assistance to clients, resolving tickets, and ensuring smooth operation of Windows and server environments.

Key responsibilities

• Visit client sites to deliver end‑user support and resolve assigned tickets.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot applications such as Autodesk, AutoCAD and other architecture software.
• Maintain and migrate Windows Server platforms (2012‑2022) including clustering and RAID configurations.
• Support iOS, macOS, and Windows workstations, as well as Microsoft Office and Outlook issues.
• Manage O365, SharePoint, OneDrive, email hosting migrations and DNS records.
• Administer Azure, Intune, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi APs, printers and backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Cloud Backup).
• Configure storage devices (QNAP, NAS), Hyper‑V virtualization, Active Directory, GPO, DHCP/DNS.
• Handle firewall devices (FortiGate, SonicWall, Sophos), VPN tunnels and security policies.
• Support video‑conferencing, CCTV/NVR/DVR systems and maintain IT asset documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in L2 IT support or similar role.
• Strong English communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Immediate availability to join the team.
