About the role
The pattern maker provides effective and cost‑efficient pattern solutions with a deep understanding of apparel and material construction, ensuring perfect fit and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate technical sketches and paper patterns.
- Perform precise measurements, calculations and pattern adjustments.
- Create freehand sketches and fashion illustrations.
- Conduct couture fitting, garment alterations and ensure high‑quality construction.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of various fabrics, their properties and appropriate applications.
- Excellent sewing and garment construction skills with high attention to detail.
- Good mathematical abilities for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Fluent written and spoken English communication.
