Senior Landscape Architect

About the role

KEO Group’s InSite division is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead and deliver high‑quality landscape projects in Dubai. The role involves managing project delivery, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring designs meet client expectations and regional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior landscape architects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage projects through all design phases, from concept to construction administration.
• Develop aesthetic and technical solutions, prepare technical and financial proposals, and oversee financial performance of projects.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external sub‑consultants, ensuring compliance with codes, health & safety, and sustainability regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant landscape architecture experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional registration, licensure or chartership with an internationally recognized association.

Required skills

• Expert understanding of landscape design aesthetics, technical development, and resource allocation.
• Experience in construction administration for landscape projects.
• Knowledge of regional construction methods, industry codes, and sustainability regulations.
